By accessing or using Mosaic0 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Mosaic0 is a dashboard building platform that allows users to create, customize, and share dashboards composed of various content blocks including KPIs, text, embeds, and links.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe on the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

You retain ownership of content you create on Mosaic0. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. The Mosaic0 name, logo, and all related marks are our property.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free plans may have usage limitations as described on our pricing page.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may provide a reasonable period to export your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
